That's funny. I went to change the rating of my last experience to a 4 out of 10 and it's locked. Nice. Was here 3 days ago and once it dried, several areas didn't come as clean as they have in the past. First 3 times I used Zerorez, exceeded my expectations. Last time...3 days ago. Adequate at best.

I like that you clean with natural products and that it isn't going to hurt us or our pets.

Such a great feeling to have clean carpets, we've never had a service come in before. Very polite technician, Keith, answered all our questions, worked hard even though it was late in the day. No skimping at all. Hadn't cleaned the carpets in over 10 years, I thought the stains wouldn't come up but they did! No stink, drying time was no problem.
