I was very fortunate to meet Ryan on Tuesday for the follow up and taking care of the bad dog odor which was caused from carpet cleaning about two weeks ago. Ryan was very sincere and explained to me and he tried the very best he could do to get rid of the odor.
He told me that he recently moved back to MN and I think he is a great asset for your company and team, who takes pride in his work and does best he can to make customers happy.
He told me to wait for 72 hours to see if the odor is back. It got much better, but still smells when I walk into the house.
I really am impressed about your company trying to make it right for customers and I do appreciate your quality and employees.
