Alex was very thorough. We have had a few other companies clean our carpets over the years. Although they are 14 years old, they are holding up well. We feel our carpets are cleanest with zerorez and have used you twice in a row now. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets in May made out stairs almost look new when we thought we would have to replace them. Amazing what a little care can do to rejuvenate carpet. It won't last forever, but we don't have to replace it just yet.

the process was streamlined and efficient. Even with a tech calling in sick we were able to get our carpets cleaned the same day as originally planed.
As a business, it is fairly easy to reschedule the same carpet cleaning for the same price twice a year.
