The person that came to do the cleaning was great to deal with. He was enthusiastic and informative about the cleaning process. He was also extremely thorough with the walkthrough and cleaning process, identifying stains and pretreating only as necessary. He was great with protecting woodwork from hose/equipment damage and keeping our pets from escape with a door block. I appreciate how Zerorez uses there own power source for there equipment and contain the water extracted. I once went through a different cleaner (Not Zerorez) who plugged into my power, blowing a breaker and also dumped extracted water in my front lawn! Working with Zerorez has been a great experience and I will continue with them going forward! Great experience and wonderfully clean carpets!
The last time I used Zerorez, I had a number of spots in the carpet from dogs and 2 from food spillage. After the initial carpet cleaning, I could still see some of the spots, and I mentioned this in my online review. I was going to have Zerorez come back out, but after they saw my review, they contacted me immediately and set up a time to come back out. Dustin did a great job going over the spots using a system that went deeper into the carpets. It’s only been a few days, but the carpets look great! There was no charge for them to come back out, either. I have had used Zerorez for years, and will continue to do so.
