The service worked on my couch which had bad pet smells on it! The tech was really good and very professional plus he explained everything about the process. We thought we were never going to be able to keep our couch but this service saved it and a lot of money if we needed to buy another one!

I had my carpets cleaned. The personnel are very courteous and respectful. Our cleaner's name was Tony. He explained what he was going to do and suggested options. No pressure if we declined. He did a very thorough job. The carpets cleaned well with no residue and smell heavenly.
