I really like the results I got when the tech came to clean my carpets. We were having them cleaned after potty training our new puppy. After he was done Not only was the smell of urine gone, my carpets were left with a very clean citrus smell. The tech was also very realistic with me about treating pet odors and other stands on the carpet. I appreciated that!! Only complaint is that because of how humid it is, it is taking forever for my carpets to dry. Having a dehumidifier would definitely have helped to that.

We received great service from Nathan. He very respectful of our home and seemed very knowledgeable of how to care for our carpet. He offered appropriate services for the age of our carpet. So far, it looks great! I know we have 30 days, so I will watch it closely, but feel confident it will be fine. He was on time and was able to do 3 rooms in a very timely manor.
