There was a scheduling error (most likely my own mistake) and Caleb worked late to complete our carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our carpet is old and was very soiled. Our carpet looks great after being cleaned.

Chris was punctual and did a great job cleaning our sanctuary, conference room/offices, and lower level classrooms. He gave special attention to carpeting stained from water leaks, soiled high traffic areas, carpeting that was in poor condition, and even the carpeted elevator floor.

The service was very good the carpet was very dirty as I had opened my home to a friend of our family for a baby shower. Our friend works for Zerorez and he offered to have my carpet cleaned as part of his company benefits of some free cleanings. I had planned to have carpet protection added to the free service and would pay for the add-on. When the Zerorez representative came to do the cleaning he said the base cost was around $140 and with the add-on the bill was $215. This was not what I was expecting. My feeling that Zerorez had not followed through with the benefit they offered their employee made me less likely to recommend their service to other people. I was very happy when Zerores voided my check and restored my confidence in the company. I would recommend Zerores to anyone needing your services. Thank you
