The gentleman who came to clean was courteous, professional and careful about how he brought in and out equipment which I appreciated very much. I found a stain under an end table the night before he came when we were moving furniture for cleaning. I had NO idea what it was or how long it had been there but he worked very hard on it and truthfully you can see it only if you know its there. I notice when I now vacuum my carpets the knapp has been restored unlike any professional cleaning I have used before. I have never used Zerorez before but will always use them in the future. I have already recommended them to many people. Thank-you to the gentleman who came and cleaned our carpets..

Prompt, personable and courteous service from our technician, Alex. He discussed the job with us and answered our questions. He went over everything quickly but thoroughly and really worked hard on some stubborn stains in our carpet. When he was finished our rooms were neat and fresh and 24 hours later are dry completely.
