I’ll admit I was a little skeptical when trying Zero Rez. I had a room that was in pretty bad shape. Severe pet dander issue/smell, rust and bright red/pink makeup stains in White carpet that I thought no way in heck they were coming out. I thought for sure I’d have to replace the carpet. Someone referred me and I thought why not!
I was absolutely amazed at what the room was like afterwards. It’s loke a totally different room— no more smell OR stains. Definitely will be having them come back out again if I have any issues/problems! Might even become a yearly thing for me! Thank you Zero rez for the amazing results!!

My carpet upstairs has not been replaced since we moved in (23 years ago). I have used my own steam cleaner (which is no comparison to your machines!) over the years.
