My experience was great from beginning to end. When I called for information, I was given a quote by a very friendly and informative customer service agent. When I called back to book my appointment, they quoted me the same price and were able to get someone out within a week. The service tech (I think his name was Ryan) was amazing to work with. He was able to remove all the old dog urine smell from my carpet! His customer service skills were top notch. Seriously, he was so great to work with that he should be training staff on customer service!
