I like the minimal use of chemicals, the rapid drying, minimal environmental impact. Caleb, the person who did the cleaning was superb! Thorough, polite, communicated clearly, very respectful and friendly.

We had our carpets cleaned. The people were friendly, on time and got our carpets clean. They were only damp afterwards and we kept a fan on them overnight.

The Zerorez rep clearly explained the cleaning process. He was prompt and finished the job in a timely fashion.

We had a wonderful technician who walked us through the process. We were moving into a new house, and were unaware of all of the biologicals in the carpet... so the price wound up being double what we were quoted, but aside from that- we had a great experience.

They came back out and did a great job trying to get the smell out a second time. You can now sit in the room without smelling it. If you get down and smell the carpet, it’s definitely still there, but the smell no longer fills the room.
