I had a wonderful experience with ZEROREZ this past Monday. It was our first time using your company. The technician, Neil, was friendly, explained procedure, walked through house and listened to my concerns and he did a very thorough job.

Some of carpet didn’t come clean, but are carpet is over 20 Year’s old, that’s too be expected. Purchased the cleaner, already had to use it and it worked great. When all said an done very happy with your product.

Nice job with no chemicals
1. the carpet is old and was really dirty but after the cleaning process it looks like a new carpet.
2. their is no nasty chemical odor.
3. the carpet dried more quickly than it has in the past with other services.
4. I am elderly and getting all the furniture moved was quite a chore but it certainly was worth the effort.
5. Thank you, the worker was pleasant, did the work efficiently and competently, and I certainly would use the service again.
Nathaniel was a great technician. Explained all our options. Had a real challenge with lots of stains and residue from raising 4 children through spitting up and potty training. The results were impressive. I did this for my daughter and son-in-law and their growing family. They were unbelievably impressed with the results.
Zerorez kept in touch with us as to when they would be here. They were professional and thoroughly explained what their process is. The quality of work is great, we love our clean carpets.
