Two technicians came to do the job yesterday - both were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. They did a great job explaining what they would do and what the cost would be. Today I noticed the pet stain that I had them work on was still apparent so I called the customer service number and they will be coming back next Monday to re-do the area. The CS person I spoke to was very nice and accommodating.

Carpets are always left fresh and clean. Techs are professional and know their stuff. The only negative was the call center staff-they aren’t quite as professional. However, overall the carpet cleaning makes up for this.

My air ducts and vents got cleaned and the difference is amazing!!! The technician was very knowledgable and stepped me through the process of what he was doing and took the time to explain my furnace!!! Super amzing!!! I highly recommend zerorez!!!
