After the initial service, I provided a below average response to the survey. In a day or two I received a call indicating what could they do to correct. A new service call was scheduled, the technician that attended, Scott Hurley, did an awesome job with the re-work. On the first call, my basement carpet remain wet for nearly two days, Scott's was very thorough picking up and was my carpet was dry within hours.

Dan our tech was very knowledgeable. I have had my carpets cleaned before, but they have never gotten this clean. I had my dog pass away last week. She had a lot of accidents all over.
