He did best he could and gave me the last option of the smell persists or come back, which it did unfortunately. I tried to ignore but I couldn’t and called. Again, the technician Justin came and did the good job. I truly appreciate your company’s sincerity and professionalism about the service and people.

There are so many things that I like about Zerorez. First, the people that I was in contact with from making an appointment, to the day someone came and finishing up with any follow through. All extremely professional individuals! We've called you twice now both experiences were exceptional.
Secondly, the results were great. We have been very happy with the treatment. Even with a tough ink stain, their treatment worked great: a few days after treatment, the stain resurfaced. Our technician, Kyle Kritz came back and just a few extra minutes, he was able to completely take out the stain; he is a great representative of the company.
We will use Zerorez again and I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone I speak to who are considering this service.

The technician was awesome.

I called to schedule a cleaning. Zerorez called back to confirm the areas I would like cleaned along with the day and window they were to arrive. The technician called 15 minutes before arriving, reviewed what I wanted cleaned, and showed me the final total. She also included a $20-off coupon that I was not aware was out there! Had one room (15x15), one staircase, and the $60 pet treatment (for the entire room) for under $200. When she was done she even asked if there were any areas I would like gone over again. She also pointed out frayed areas of the rug that was caused by furniture and some wearing on the stair corners, which was much appreciated! Very professional, friendly technician, and did a great job!

Both Eric (duct work cleaning) and Jon (carpet cleaning) were very professional and very knowledgeable. They were great! They listened to our questions and provided quality service.

I should add, however, that I feel as though there are "hidden costs" that I did not expect, especially with carpet cleaning, which would not have been their concern, rather, this would be an issue to address with the people who take the customer calls on intake.

We are also very happy that ZeroRez uses natural products.
