Zerorez got my white carpet cleaner than I thought was possible! It hadn't been professionally cleaned in 15 years!

The gentleman who came to do the cleaning was great! He was very friendly, informative, and got the job done in a timely manner!

I would definitely have Zerorez back again!

The young man that cleaned our carpets was very nice and did a great job! I'm sure he was told to talk to us about duct cleaning; however, this took a lot of time. It would have been better if he did this at the end of the appointment and asked us if we wanted our ducts looked at. I was kind of in a rush that day so this extra time he took in the beginning kind of stressed me out.

Zerorez was very responsive to my request for carpet cleaning within four days. The service provider was on-time, polite, efficient, and explained everything very thoroughly. I was happy with everything about the experience - carpeting looked great at the end.
