They took the time to explain everything that they were going to do and then once completed, they went over what they did and showed us areas of the carpet that were challenging to clean, as well as those stains that they were not able to completely remove. Great, friendly service technician for both the carpet cleaning and transporting my area rug to be cleaned! He was knowledgable, kind, and courteous.

I have used Zerorez several times and they have always come in the time window they give. The techs are always friendly. They give suggestions for add ons but they don't push.
