We've been using Zerorez for several years and had always been very pleased. However; the job Nathan and Jesse did this time was phenomenal!! Both my husband and I can't believe how much better they were able to get our cat vomit stains out of our carpet. In the past, there was always some residual marks of where the stain had been but when I mentioned this to Nate, he recommended the biological cleaning and we took him up on it and are thrilled with the results!! He also recommended, and we purchased, the Zero Stink, to use on removing this type of stain in the future, instead of the Zerorez Spot Treatment that were given to use in the past. Carpet was cleaned to our expectations. Agent arrived on time per the schedule. Work was done in the expected time to do the job. Very good cleaning and agent was respectful of our home. No furniture was moved as home was just bought and not yet moved into.

The technician arrived promptly, went overall the areas to be cleaned and explained all the charges. He worked quickly and was done with the whole house in a couple of hours. Now when I come in the house, I notice the cleaner, fresher smell.
