The technicians are always friendly and want to do a job that pleases you. They call to confirm their arrival a few minutes ahead of time. They offer to move furniture and protect legs of pieces that cannot be moved. They tell you approx how long the job will take. The carpet always looks like new when they are finished. There is no odor or residue left. Our carpet is over twenty years old and still looks great thanks to Zerorez.

There was no chemical odor and there was a minimum of water. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, respectful of our property, and he did a great job.

Communicated transportation issue and arrived within the revised time frame. Evaluated the requested services and indicated that what we had ordered was probably not needed. Replaced the UV light as recommended.

Professional staff, right on time. Worked hard to get stains out. Didn't try to upsell me like other carpet cleaning companies have in the past.

The team that came to my house was knowledgeable, friendly, and swift. They were courteous of my furniture and even warned me when the equipment was going to be loud (I was working from home and they were respectful of my ability to hear my conference calls). I would highly recommend their work.

I love the service and the clean products you use. Our carpets look and feel wonderful. Ryan was very personable and did a great thorough job. He was very knowledgeable. I plan on requesting him in the future. I did, however, have a poor experience over the phone scheduling my appointment and my 2 other neighbors. The rep on the phone was not helpful and appeared to not want my business. I asked for a manager. The rep thought she put me on hold and spoke poorly of me to her manager. I could hear everything she said and she clearly panicked when I informed her that I could hear everything she said. If I had not used you guys in the past and knew I liked the service I would have taken my business elsewhere from the phone call.
