I am very sensitive to chemicals and the smell was short-lived & not bothersome. The carpet on the stairs, that I considered replacing, looks NEW! It does take a long time for the carpets to dry.
My only concern is that the tile floor at the bottom and top of the stairs looks dirty now, because the places the cleaning solution dripped (top) or rubbed on the tiles (bottom of stairs) is much whiter. Cleaning with tile floor cleaner made no difference at all.
In order to have my tile floor look clean, it will need to be sprayed with your solution. Can I get a small bottle or have someone stop by & spray it?

I love that I could book my appointment online choosing the date and time that worked for my schedule. I received a confirmation phone call and text confirming my appointment. On the day of my cleaning, Kevin showed up during the appointment window and he patiently reviewed the area to be cleaned. The actual cleaning process was amazing and he moved larger furniture up on blocks so the carpet could dry.
The service people are helpful, professional, respectful and courteous. The product smells great. I use Zerorez because I consistently get the same great results no matter the service person. This time I even had upholstery done and will use the service again.

The results are always the best! The technician was efficient, answered all of my questions, and did a fabulous job cleaning my carpeting. I also had 2 wool Karastan area rugs cleaned and they came out beautifully (they are 24 years old)! I recommend your service to all of my friends. I have also tried other companies in the past but once Zerorez starting cleaning my carpeting, I will only use Zerorez.
