Professional and courteous, great service

The young lady who came to do our carpets was very professional and did an outstanding job. I would really like to have her again when we schedule another carpet cleaning. I would rate her a 10 to anyone who would ask for a recommendation.

I do need to say we were somewhat unhappy with the scheduling of our air duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning. The air duct people were on time first thing in the morning and did a great job. However, these two services were arranged for at least 2-3 weeks in advance of them being done at our request. The carpet person did not come until 3:00 in the afternoon being scheduled sometime between 1;00 and 4:00 in the afternoon. It was our assumption of this lead time we would be first on the list after the duct cleaning. If had been asked and discussed if this could not have been arranged with the lead time you had we would have had them come on different days. Guess when you call does not make a difference --would have been nice to know. Instead our entire day was spent waiting for your service people (which the individuals doing the job did not have any control over.
