This price is reasonable for what you get and my carpet looks like it's brand new. Ricardo cleaned my carpets and he did an all around exceptional job. He was professional and friendly. He was kind enough to grant a coupon that I found the day before my scheduled date. He moved my furniture to make sure and do a thorough job and he was very efficient. We had a wonderful technician who walked us through the process. We were moving into a new house, and were unaware of all of the biologicals in the carpet... so the price wound up being double what we were quoted, but aside from that- we had a great experience.

The technician was extremely polite, explained everything, did a great job removing some pretty heavy soiled carpet.
