My appointment window was between 2-5 and I received a call about one hour early to come to my job. The tech, Alex H. was personable and informed. The cost was about $200 more than I was quoted, but I expected this a little, as it is hard to describe and then bid a job over the phone. I paid the extra fee that was recommended to get out numerous dog urine stains to come out and was very happy with the results of the process. Did not get back to the project before he left, but thank you for a job well done Alex H.

Clean and organized service plan. Service provider did a complete walk through before starting the cleaning to confirm cost and scope of work. Service person was careful and gentle to the walls and floors while performing the work.

Jeremiah give us advice on keeping the carpet clean and in good shape. Thank goodness, because 4 hours later my son let our three dogs out in the rain and all three dogs can run back into the house with mud,😭 luckily we remember what Jeremiah had told us and was able to remove all the mud.😊
