They came back out and did a great job trying to get the smell out a second time. You can now sit in the room without smelling it. If you get down and smell the carpet, it’s definitely still there, but the smell no longer fills the room.

Ryan was very honest about end results. The carpet looks good, and is soft to the touch. No feeling of residue. He tried very hard to remove some stains on an ottoman. They are not entirely gone, but it looks better. I would use your services again.

The professionalism and friendliness of your carpet technician. His thoroughness and attention to detail was very appreciated. The empowered water seemed to do the trick to alleviate the every day wear and tear of five children, a dog and numerous etc. etc. etc. we also had a orange Brain Putty stain that had gotten into the fibers. What ever he did it worked. Even the children couldn’t believe he got it out. Thank you very much!
