I must say that I was very impressed by Ryan and his ability to get the work done. I spent a little bit of time discussing what I was looking for and he was able to set my expectations, and work with me to get the better results than I was expecting.

I was going to have him just clean the basement, but after talking to him he was able to convince me of what could be accomplished. He really did an amazing job of selling the services, setting expectations and doing the work.

I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to understand the problems, being upfront about what could be fixed and what couldn't, and then beating those expectations.

I can't sing enough praises for Ryan.
