Quality work and results! The first time I tried you, the guy got a grease spot out. It was from a stationary bike. This time, the guy had to clean diarrhea spots up from my dog. It is light carpet and was a horrible mess. Another amazing thing.....after Zerorez is gone and the carpet looks great, the spots do not wick back up. Last but not least, the cleaners are polite and knowledgeable.
They got my carpet clean and the technician was incredibly friendly and fun to be around.

You're staff are top notch! Our favorite part about using zerorez is the fact that our house has a complete ABSENCE of smell when you're done. That's a pretty amazing feat in a house with three dogs and an active kid!
The representative called to see if we were ready, he came promptly. He was courteous and respectful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and he also explained the charges. We felt very comfortable having him in our home. And our carpeting looks fabulous!
