Our carpet looks great. Greg did a very good job of seeing the problem areas and cleaned them. We had a little issue after he left that I had caused. Zeroez sent him back a few days later and he was able to resolve the problem. We are very satisfied.

Great customer service throughout - the person who helped me on the phone to set up the appointment was great, and so were the technicians that cleaned the pet stains on my carpet. They were honest about the situation but not condescending, which I appreciated.

We are very happy with how clean our carpet is now. We especially appreciate the work put in by the technician to vacuum along the edges of the carpet and underneath the furniture in our kitchen area. He also paid extra attention to a particular toner stain from our copier. Thank you!
