I have used Zerorez several times now and I have never been disappointed with their service. They arrive on time and each time the technician has been professional, explains what they are going to do. When they are done my carpets look like new. Also I like how soft the carpet feels and how quick the carpets dry after the cleaning.

They do a great job and are very professional. Although they couldn’t fix our cat pee problem, I do believe they did everything they could. I’m sure we will use them again!

Got what we asked for with no extra charges.

The tech lead (Matt) that cleaned out our ducts did a fantastic job. He showed me pictures and videos of what was in our ducts (which was really bad as the ducts were never cleaned after construction of the house - approx. 11 years). He explained in detail what he did and why it would help alleviate some of my allergy issues. I have already recommended him to a co-worker and will tell more people about my amazing experience with Zerorez!

There was no chemical smell from the carpet cleaning solution. The techs that came out were very informative and were able to answer my questions. The techs were also very polite and did a great job. My carpets (and 2 couches they cleaned) looked and smelled so much better.
