Professionalism of service

I had our air ducts cleaned as well as our carpet. Zerorez showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, offered additional services, we're very respectful and did a great job. This wasn't the first time I've had Zerorez in my home and it won't be the last.

No chemicals and yet my carpets came out super clean than when another company cleaned a month prior.

The Associate that cleaned was wonderful! She explained the entire process and when she was done with the upper level, she took me to see and asked if there any areas that I’d like for her to rework but there were none. Same thing with the main level. She did a wonderful job. Thank you very much!

Jumondeh did such a wonderful job! He explained the process, made sure I saw the invoice at all stages of the appointment (we ended up adding an extra treatment), answered all of my questions and was patient when he needed to sit and wait for a few minutes for my arrival home.

He went above and beyond and the process went so quickly! This is the second time (out of twice) that I've had my carpets cleaned by Zero Rez and both times it was such a great experience. I will absolutely use their services again in the future, and will (and have!) recommend them to friends and family! Thank you!

The technician took time to explain the entire process, inspect stains closely and protect non-carpet surfaces from their equipment. We had just moved into this house and the carpets we’re very dirty. They look great after the cleaning!!

The two female technicians that came to my house were AMAZING! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the utmost care with my carpet and furniture. I seriously could not recommend them more. Will be raving about my experience to everyone that will listen.

Service was timely......employee ( Derrick or Eric) I'm sorry I don't remember his name ..was very pleasant, looking over the areas first and then getting busy with the cleaning. I also appreciate how quickly the carpet dried. Very,very nice job. Thank you all so much.

I liked the honesty of the technician. We discussed my problem (cat urine) and he told me what he could and couldn’t do. Even though I did not have my carpets cleaned at that time I still bought some products from him. I will call you again.
