We were called two days before the date of our service and we’re given a three hour window, the technician was timely, prompt, courteous, and professional. The technician was SO knowledgeable of the products ! He was very personable. He was so quiet doing his work on two levels I didn't even know he was done. My house smells WONDERFUL. ALl the pet stains and smell is gone. WHy did I wait so long to call Zerorez ? I called Zerorez on the recommendation of a very picky house cleaner friend. She loves them too.

We were able to get an appointment quickly. The final carpet looked like an artist finished it off. All of the vacuum marks created a picture frame design around the outer edges of the room & then checkerboard designs in the middle. It was amazing!!! A beautiful touch to getting the carpet cleaned!!!!

It was very easy to set up an appointment and we got service within a couple days. It was quick, the carpets are super clean, and the price was great!

Very pleased with them keeping me informed when they would arrive right up to 15minutes before they arrived. Technician was personable and explained exactly what he would do to clean the carpet. We had great experience with Zerprez.

The process of cleaning as opposed to other methods/companies, the stain I had been working on for 3 years and unable to get rid of was removed by Zerorez in minutes. The technician (I think his name was Ryan) was very nice and respectful toward me and my home and pets. He was also very knowledgeable and good at explaining services available and in depth. It would have taken me 2 hours just to clean the carpet in one room, but 3 rooms only took him 1.5 hours and it's noticeably cleaner than when I clean it. He also sold me a bottle of the cleaning solution to use on my floor if I need to use my machine (without the shampoo solution that Hoover recommends that does not come out of the carpet).

We have had several other carpet cleaning companies over the past few years to clean our carpets. We have a split entry, and the steps going to the upper level have never gotten completely cleaned. I even had someone come back and they said it was worn. I figured I would just have to live with that. I had expressed my feelings about that to Nick and Mike. As they clean the carpets on both levels, I just did my other chores and just knew I had to except the fact that they probably weren’t going to look clean. When they had finished, Nick asked me if I wanted to see my steps? I could not believe my eyes! They had gotten all of it clean. So what was supposed to be worn carpet was actually dirt left on carpet. They did such a magnificent job I was beyond grateful. I would highly recommend Zerorez to everyone. Service was prompt and thorough. Carpets are all fresh and clean with no soap residue. I will use Zerorez again next summer. Technician was friendly and explained what would be done before starting. He did a fantastic job.

The 3 area rugs came back looking wonderful. I bought all my rugs at very discounted prices and considered replacing them all with new area rugs. The only problem was that I like them all so much that the price to have them cleaned and keeping them was competitive to what I could buy new ones at discounted prices. I'm glad I made the decision to keep them.
