I was very impressed by my techichian. He walked me through what areas we were doing and pointed out all my trouble spots and explained what he was going to do to try and get them clean. I had a giant rust spot from the previous owners and he was very honest saying that sometimes depending upon how long rust has been there it may not fully come out but he had a compound that would take it up for me. I watched him spend the extra time to get the rust stain and other problems clean, and in the end my house smelled amazing and it looks like I have brand new carpets. I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends and family and will use them exclusively going forward, and for when I get my airducts cleaned as well.

The Technician was very friendly and professional, and did a great job on our carpets. Your company might consider lightening up a bit on the upsell though. I suppose your Techs are required to do some of this, and our Technician was very polite and didn't try to "hard-sell" us, but it seemed just a bit much. This wouldn't, however, prevent us from using Zerorez again in the future.
