No chemical's

for me they were promptand cordial. worked deligently. i like the way all corners have a guard. the carpets were dry the next day upstairs. downstairs took a bit longer. the service tech was very nice and worked hard. overall I am pleased. i will watch a couple stained areas to make sure they dont reappear.

Carpet looked way better than I thought it would. Especially the carpet that is 12 years old. Looks brand new.

We've had Zerorez clean our carpet for more than 10 years, we've purchased products and considered the gentlemen/women to be kind and professional therefore we've recommended your company throughout these years. This past Monday Kyle cleaned our carpets we truly can't express his genuine kindness, attitude, professionalism and motivation to do a thorough job throughout and especially on tough stains. In conversation Kyle mentioned that he enjoyed working for Zerorez compared to all his past jobs. In addition to the professionalism of servicemen in any occasion it's always nice to interact a bit on a personal level. Without interfering or taking time from his work when Kyle was loading the equipment in the van my husband was in the driveway working on our boat. He was building/adding a platform to the boat and Kyle briefly spoke with him mentioning that he had done the exact same on his boat over the weekend. My husband is hard to please but said Kyle deserves some kind of recognition from Zerorex! If you'd care to it'd be nice for you to pass our survey to Kyle so he can see how he was perceived as an employee of Zerorex but also an individual.
