You can not believe the amount of dirt and animal fur that Zero Rez cleaned from our ducts! Housefires start in dryer vents and our new house was a prime candidate to be a victim. Thanks Zero Rez for a great job and peace of mind!

Hi Zerorez:

I wanted to tell you what an amazing job Heilen did on our carpets. We really needed our carpets cleaned for a Grad party a couple of days later. She was very professional and thorough in her explanation of what she would be doing and also discussed why the treatment for pet urine is important, which we ended up going with. (There was no pet urine smell during the drying process.) She worked really hard the entire time and the carpets have not looked this clean since they were almost new! They are currently about 16 years old. We have had Zerorez clean them the last 1 or 2 times, but they never came out looking as clean as they do now. We get to enjoy the clean carpets every day!

Customer Service was amazing! The person that came out to clean the carpets was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Customer service like this is rare. The carpets look amazing and I highly suggest using this company for any type of floor cleaning!! I definitely will use this service again!
