GOOD RUG CLEANING
Chemical free is first and foremost a priority for me, but the techs were super helpful and explained everything well. I felt like they were willing to spend as much time as I needed, regardless of the rest of their schedule. I was very appreciative of the work they did and feel my home is MUCH cleaner!

When I called I asked for the 3 rooms 149.00 special. 3 rooms which always was 2 rooms and the steps. Then I found out it was 2 rooms and steps for 159.00. You should also include with your specials the 30.00 disposal fee. So my bill ended up being 186,50.

I was in a situation where I was backed into a corner and had to get the carpets cleaned in an extremely timely manner. So far, everything looks great. But I think pricing was exorbitant for what apparently needed to be done.
