Very good job of cleaning our carpets. Only drawback was the time window of when the technician would show up was given as 2-5pm and when i called to check was told it was 3-6. Not good.

The rep that came out and did an amazing job on our carpets in the new house we moved into. The previous owners had dogs and when the rep took out the black light, there was dog pee all over the carpets. The smell is now gone.
