Zerorez did another great job cleaning the carpets and tile during this visit! It is amazing how much cleaner they get the floors. I clean the carpets throughout the year with a home cleaner but it does not come close to the quality of Zerorez. I can't keep my entry way grout clean with the family and dogs coming and going. After Zerorez it looks amazing again. I have used and would recommend Zerorez for cleaning carpet, rugs, tile, and air ducts! The service provider, Will, was OUTSTANDING in every way! ( I wish I could have rated him higher than a 10). He was timely, courteous, and more than helpful in every way. It was a hot, sweaty day, but he still did the job cheerfully and completely. I have nothing but respect and admiration for this fine employee!!

So far the rug looks and feels good but, not quite dry enough for vac or furniture yet. With the humid weather we are letting it dry a third day and will move back in tomorrow. We don't expect any problem.

I like that there is no squeaky residue. Our 30 year old carpet looks great. Our 20 year old carpets looks good considering it was not great carpet to begin with. I feel like this has bought us some time before the huge investment of replacing carpet
