The rug looks and smell so clean when you are done. The rug is not real wet, so consequently dries very quickly. Have always been satisfied with your services.

We have used Zerorez for years and are always impressed with the promptness, knowledge, courtesy and work ethics of the service people, and of course the excellent products used.

Service tech was great, quick and got right to it.

Area of improvement - need to address the intake process over the phone. You have a history of all previous cleans. Why can't person on phone use that as a guide to ask customer what they want. Every time I am asked to start from scratch which is time consuming and annoying. And the tech shows up, does the visual inspection and rewrites the entire order. I don't mind the visual check but you could streamline the process making it simpler for all.

We have used Zerorez for many years for carpet cleaning and as usual our carpet looks brand new.
