I had my carpets cleaned. The personnel are very courteous and respectful. Our cleaner's name was Tony. He explained what he was going to do and suggested options. No pressure if we declined. He did a very thorough job. The carpets cleaned well with no residue and smell heavenly.

You were hired by our management company to clean carpets in the common areas. I took you up on your offer to clean units at the same time. I am very satisfied with how my carpet came out..............a few spots did not look good but Chris had told me to let him know if I saw anything I was not satisfied with. He had his co-worker come back to my unit and go over the area again with a "bigger" machine. I think that is what he said. Anyhow spots did come out and my carpet looks great. Both of your employees were very professional, friendly and were good workers.
