Since we have had several different representatives of the company and they have all been very professional and all are very informed of the company's products and processes I feel zeroez does a very good job of training their employees. Liked the fact that it dried fairly quickly, and I didn't feel as though a bunch of "stuff" was left behind. Also liked the way the house smelled when the cleaning was finished. Liked Jeremiah who did the cleaning. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I would have him back when we do more rooms!

Before this service, I couldn’t get on your schedule for at least two weeks so I went with another cleaner. I instantly regretted it as streaks remained in the carpet and it got dirty so much faster because of the residue left in the carpet! Will got our carpet the cleanest it ever been. (And he was proud of it! I could tell that he enjoys his job and making the customer happy.) I have before and after pictures that I would love to share if possible. It’s beautiful.
