The technician was thorough and extremely detailed about his work, the process and products he was going to use. The house smells and looks wonderful especially the stairs that seemed a little dirtier than the rest of the house. Most of the stains I was worried about are completely gone. I couldn’t be more satisfied by how my house looks. I already recommended your services to a couple of friends and to a neighbor who asked me after they saw your truck parked by my garage. I told them you come highly recommended by me.

After a misstep with the initial scheduling was straightened out, the technicians arrived on time and did a very professional job of cleaning my air ducts. They were thorough, efficient and very pleasant. The amount of dust in the air has been substantially and visibly reduced. I highly recommend this service.

My only feedback is that I received a customer thank you/feedback text post cleaning at 1am in the morning. It woke me up (could have been an emergency as I don’t normally get texts at this hour) and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Please contact your software vendor and edit the timing of your automation.
