I was originally scheduled for the contracted service to be done late in the day; however, I received a call in the morning telling me someone had cancelled could my work be done early? Of course, that was fine with me and within 45 min, Chris was here. He was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable when asked about upholstery cleaning. I liked the employee who came to the house. He took the time to listen to me about certain problem areas and he worked hard trying to get those stains out of the carpet.

Alex and Josh came right on time. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. A few spots came back in my family room carpeting, so I will call, and I know they will come back and fix it. Other than that, I was very pleased.
Dan Relayea did a great job! He explained what he could do and what he could not do. My carpets dried overnight and look fantastic! Somehow he and I missed talking about the stairway down to the lower level which I did want done. But that was my misunderstanding. Not a problem, we will catch it next time! Thank you

We really liked the quality of the work performed and the attention to detail that the technicians paid to our carpets and stairs. They took the time to explain everything that they were going to do and then once completed, they went over what they did and showed us areas of the carpet that were challenging to clean, as well as those stains that they were not able to completely remove. Excellent results!
