People that work at,zerorez are all very nice professional workers. I have met,some of the nicest people.
Dave was amazing! The first treatment didn't take out all the spots (we had spilled salad dressing on the carpet and that was the reason we called Zerorez). We called again and he came out after 7 pm last night, with our permission. He worked and worked for about an hour and scrutinized the carpet for more spots. And this morning, the spots are gone! He is an extremely hard worker and a very nice guy.
Give him a raise and be sure to give him time off with pay for the next election.
The guys were very conscientious while on the job. Answered all my questions and completed everything in a timely fashion.

Your technician was outstanding. Rob took the time to go over everything very thoroughly and explain the process. He reviewed costs so there was no surprise (and your costs are so reasonable). My carpets and upholstery have never looked better.
