The technicians are always friendly and want to do a job that pleases you. They call to confirm their arrival a few minutes ahead of time. They offer to move furniture and protect legs of pieces that cannot be moved. They tell you approx how long the job will take. The carpet always looks like new when they are finished. There is no odor or residue left. Our carpet is over twenty years old and still looks great thanks to Zerorez.
