Our cleaner Kevin was very knowledgable & worked so hard to get our carpets to the best possible clean that they could be. It was a very large job & he never made us feel like we were taking up his time because he haf other jobs after ours.

At my first contact, I was able to schedule the cleaning of my carpets. I was pleased that I could arrange the cleaning one day after my house cleaner came through. The technician came to my house in the afternoon on the designated day. He was very kind, asked questions, and he got to work right away. I left for a chiropractor appointment and returned. He was still there finishing up. I found Keith to be pleasant and professional.
