He gave me information to help decide which types of services made sense. Before the work began I had a clear idea of the plan, which areas would receive more intense services, and the marginal cost for extra services. Not only was the description of costs and choices more thorough than with any other prior companies, the end cleaning result was amazing. Zach did a really nice job on Saturday. He explained what he was doing. Was neat, clean and fast. We always recommend Zerorez for anyone that needs the carpets cleaned. We have also used you for duct cleaning and were very happy with that service as well.. Now if you could only help with potty training the puppy. We could use that service too. We will see you next year.

The whole process was quick and easy. I only set it up a few days in advance and there were no issues getting an appointment. The technician that came out was so kind and friendly. He came within the window stated on my appointment and was relatively quick finishing the cleaning. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them.
