Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious he loves his job and has a passion for what he does. Zerorez left our carpet with little to no odor (there was one trouble spot that he is coming back to take care of). Will probably have Zerorez does annually as long as we are in this house.

Ryan the technician did a great job of explaining everything. Price is higher then other companies but he did a good job. We did a topical treatment for biological odors and it seems to have helped.

The representative did a great job and love how our carpet turned out. The ducts were in dire need of being cleaned and he also explained the difference in furnace filters for in the future! Great company and I would recommend them to anyone!
