The young service man explained everything he would do after we showed him what we wanted cleaned. He also clearly explained the pricing and there were no "surprises" at time of payment. It was easy to use my credit card and things went smoothly. He was thorough and did a good job, although it seemed like he could have gotten everything done and explained in a little quicker timeframe. But then it was close to suppertime, so he was "understandably" probably a little bit tired after working all day, even though he didn't appear that way. He was very professional and very nice.
We have used Zerorez before and if we do have any complaints about Zerorez in general, it would be that it would be so nice if you could figure out a way to clean the carpets and have them dry sooner than they do! Every time the carpets are cleaned, they are so very wet for a long time. Can't more of that water get sucked up? Other carpet cleaners cost less and the carpets are usually dry by the next morning and truthfully I don't notice a big difference in the cleanliness of the carpets, although my husband disagrees with me on that point, but he also does not like how long the carpets stay so wet. Also, this is the first time we've had you clean our rugs at your location and that didn't happen as smoothly as stated on the estimate I signed. We didn't get called when they were done, except after I had already called 3 times to check on them. The 1st time I called, it was about 11:15am and the girl asked politely if I could hold so she could go back there and check. After a while, she came back and said that no one was back there, so they must have all taken an early lunch. I wondered why they wouldn't tell her this, so she could have saved herself that long walk and saved me holding. She had me leave the guys a voice mail and she said they would call me back, which they didn't. So I called again about 4pm and a man answered & said the rug cleaners were just getting back from a lunch meeting and I thought, gosh, a 5-hour lunch meeting for rug cleaners? But he apologized that I hadn't gotten an answer yet, so he said I will write a note to them w/your name & phone # on it and hand it to them, so you'll be the first person they call back. Well, no one called, so a couple days later, I called again and was able to get the answer that the rugs were done. I did find an email apology from the day before that also said the rugs were done, but I hadn't checked my emails for a few days. Then my husband had a terrible time trying to get to your place to pick them up. It's not clearly shown on any online maps and your site map didn't seem to help him either. He's a pretty smart guy, too. But anyway, we finally got the rugs and the price was the same as the estimate and they look terrific. Thanks, Name removed

Flexible timetable. When we were notified of approximate time, we were able to change it. Always have taken care of wall corner protections when needed. At the end of cleaning it is not overly wet. Service provider was courteous and helpful.

ZeroRez has permanently earned my trust. There have been multiple times where additional services could've been done and charged, but two different reps were able to explain to me how those services wasn't exactly what I was looking for or wouldn't have the expected results. The reps could've easily just done it and charged me for it but their actions showed they care more for the customer. Thank you!

The thoroughness of the job done. He wasn’t in and out in 20 minutes. He also explained everything to me too. He was very professional.

Overall, I am satisfied with the carpet cleaning. There is one spot still remaining and I will call on Monday to see what the return procedure is. Hoping that doesn't mean bringing all the same equipment as the original cleaning.
