The woman who did my house was incredible. She was personable and very attentive to my needs and questions. Genuinely cared about my home and my concerns. She deserves a promotion and a raise. You don't find people like her very often so please don't screw it up, take care of her and keep her happy.

What I like is you product and friendly staff. Our carpet always looks and feels great after a cleaning.

A little disappointed in the pricing. I had a $129 3 room special with stairs added on as well a small rug and 2 small pieces of boat carpet. In the end our bill was over $300!! $60 for boat carpet is too steep (last time you charged us $40 for the boat carpet and the rug was $0) As long time customers I feel that you could charge less for the very small amount of pieces we asked to have cleaned.
