Friendly person and nice and hard working and cleaned the carpet really good.I really like the fact that if there is a problem or anything one is not happy with the company cheerfully fixes it . The company is very accomodating too...I had to re schedule many times because of the weather and there was no hassle at all.

The pre-treatment the Tech was spraying smells really good. The Tech was very friendly and explained the process to me. He took great care in cleaning the carpet. The house smelled very fresh and the carpet looked really good, even the high traffic areas looked really good and practically new.

Maybe it's written somewhere - but when you offer a 3-room special for $99, you should give the dimensions of a "normal-size" room so one would know if their 3 rooms are too big!
