I’ve used Zerorez several times with fabulous results and very friendly Technicians, I have a cat which leaves hairball stains they even get those out! This time they came out and the stains came back, I called them and with in two days they came out to fix the problem, and fix it they did. My carpets look great stains are gone! I’m very impressed with the quality of customer service from the office to the technicians! WOW! That covers it. I HIGHLY recommended using ZeroRez, I’ll never use anyone but them.

I was very pleased. There were many "doggie" spots, and they all came out! My tech was so professional, and I would like him next time too!

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpet looks beautiful! Our family room
Is a high traffic area and the areas that receive the traffic we’re dark and now you can not tell the difference between areas. We also had a box that broke carrying a case of beer. All the bottle shattered and drenched our carpet in another room. The smell was terrible and zerorez lifted it all. No smell, no nothing. Amazing!

The spot treatment is wonderful, it really gets the stain out.

The guys that came and cleaned our carpets on Friday were friendly and curtious. They really knew what they were doing. Thank you to them my carpets are beautiful.

Gentlemen who cleaned my carpets did a thorough job. I like that time was taken and the job was not rushed through. I could visibly see my carpet and grout were cleaner when he was done.

What do you like about our products and services?

Well so far we have had a good experience. The outcome of the initial clean wasn’t what we hoped. We hoped that we would not smell any urine. But after a few days we are still smelling the urine that was pulled up out of the carpet. After contacting customer service, there will be another visit next week which is great. So I will be able to report the outcome after that.

Garrett arrived on time and did an excellent job. Not having used ZEROREZ previously, he was thorough in explaining the services and product and was very helpful in moving a queen sized box spring! When I'm done repainting the walls and ceilings in the master bedroom I will have ZEROREZ back and will specifically request Garrett!

The technician that cleaned our couch was OUTSTANDING in both his professionalism and his craft. He communicated with me before, during and after the service. He was accomadating to my kids' schedule, parking because of the snow and my timing. During the service a light fixture was accidentally broken. Again, he handled this very professionally including more than one follow up phone call. In terms of the actual cleaning, he exceeded my expectations and my couch has never looked so good.
