We have an older carpet (as well as 2 cats and 2 dogs) and the results were wonderful. Not only were they cleaned well, but I loved the additional services to address the biological problems caused by pet accidents. In addition, we also had the heavy traffic areas treated and a well used recliner cleaned.

I was very happy with Zerorez - easy to schedule (and reschedule, due to a change in my plans). Shawn did a nice job cleaning - worked hard to do a good job, was conscientious, and cared about how things turned out. And carpets looked good! When I discovered a few days later that an area on my stairs wasn't as clean as it should have been, you guys came out again right away. Shawn explained how it had happened, and quickly got the problem resolved.
