John R and Nathan K called about 10 minutes before showing up. When they got here they introduced themselves and told me how this was all gonna go down. It started with me showing them around my home where nothing was on the floor other than our feet and the furniture that was too big to move... After a quick assessment and some measurements John walked me through the estimate and got my approval, then the cleaning madness began. I quickly figured out that the best spot for me was at the kitchen island to stay out of their way. They did a fantastic job making sure that I knew every step of the process, and also made sure that we had the right amount of ventilation to assure our sniffers (ie. noses) wouldn't be bothered by the fumes from sealing the tile. They did a fantastic job...my carpets and tile appreciate them very much! Thank you!!
The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He was thorough in explaining everything! I truly appreciated him and the diligence he put into cleaning our carpet, rugs and tile and how knowledgeable he is about these services. He even gave me advice on things he didn’t have to give advice on within my home. His professionalism and kindness were impeccable!

The results of the carpet cleaning are always consistent and great. I have been using Zerorez for years, always a good spring cleaning, and it feels wonderful. I think your technicians go the extra mile to do a thorough service.
Scheduled a duct cleaning, even though I had it done a couple of years ago, I thought it needed to be done. We were having some trouble with humidity levels being too low and I wanted everything perfect. They came out and checked prior to cleaning and showed me it was unnecessary. I really like dealing with an honest company.
No sticky residue. Had a very nice young man clean the carpet. He went through the process prior to cleaning and also pointed out what could happen in given areas. A great job!!

We have used Zerorez for years. The carpets always come out looking great. There's no big lingering smell or wetness. This year a spot did not come out as I had hoped. They came out the following week and made it much better. I had not requested this, but they read my survey and called me! I will always use and recommend them!
