They actually called and asked if they could come earlier as they were ahead of schedule. We had an appointment between 2:00 and 5:00 and they came at noon. It gave us the rest of they day open to do what we needed to do.

The two gentlemen that showed up at my door where very professional and friendly. They took the time to talk to me about my carpet, explain to me some issues and then suggested some additional services. Some that I agreed to, some that I said no to. They told me it would be an hour...to an hour and a half. They got to work and even moved a few pieces of furniture for me. After the cleaning, they took me around and show me a few things that didn't come up. I knew that there were going to be issues, the carpet is 18 years old. They cleaned up, took my payment, and said their good-byes. Awesome service!!!!! A++ 10/10!
