I was happy with the way the carpet came clean. It’s a rental and had some pretty significant stains in living area. The technician was able to get most stains out or lighted. I didn’t have to replace the carpet, which is a huge plus.
They did a really great job with my area rug! The 6x9 foot rug was a mess when I brought it in, and it came back looking just wonderful!
Chemical free , but apparently I asked Nate Zils to cut out some carpet in a clients closet and the man came at a different time than I could be there .So my understanding is he was not overly nice and kind to the homeowner, which disappointed me.
The person who was out to clean carpets was FABULOUS. HE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB
