The employee you sent to our home on Friday 3/15 in Eagan was excellent! He was efficient, thorough, and personable and gave me a lot of good information about potential future problem areas on our carpets. I can't say enough good things about him. I am sorry that I cannot remember his name as I would like to request him again!
